Why this unit
The M800 is a twin-pen electric waxer: two handpieces plug into independent channels on the base unit, each with its own digital temperature display and up/down setting buttons, so two tip temperatures are available at the same time during wax-up.
Temperature is adjustable from 50 to 200 °C. Six interchangeable carving tips in different profiles (straight, bent, spoon and hook shapes) seat in the pen collets and park in the holes across the top of the unit. The base runs on a wide-voltage AC 100-240 V, 50/60 Hz supply at about 20 W, with a 2 A fuse.
At roughly 110 x 105 x 39 mm and about 1.2 kg, the base sits next to the articulator without taking bench space. It covers crown, bridge and denture wax-up where a stable, settable tip temperature matters more than an open flame.
