Why this unit
The LZGY-I is a dedicated polymerization unit for dental laboratory work. It cures denture base resins and similar materials inside a sealed, heated pressure pot, giving compact, bubble-free polymerization results in a small benchtop footprint.
The stainless steel pot carries a pressure gauge on the lid and a temperature control dial with a heating indicator on the body. To operate, add water to the pot, connect the power and turn the temperature control to the required setting; once the water boils above 100°C the unit builds steam pressure on its own. It can also be pressurized from an external air pump: open the valve on the lid, connect the air line to the quick fitting, pressurize slowly to the required level and close the valve.
Maximum working pressure is 0.15 MPa. Always release the pressure completely before opening the lid, never run the pot dry, and do not knock or move the unit while it is pressurized. Suited to dental laboratories that need a simple, easy-to-operate polymerization pot.
