Why this unit
The LZQJ-I melts agar duplicating material and keeps it at a constant working temperature, so dental laboratories always have pourable agar ready for duplicating models.
Upper and lower temperature limits are controlled by two separate digital temperature controllers; the lower limit is the pouring temperature and has a heat-preservation function that holds the melted agar essentially constant. Factory settings are 90°C upper and 50°C lower, both adjustable. A motor-driven paddle stirs the pot and a front lever dispenses the melted agar.
Operation: cut agar into pieces no larger than 2 cm, load at least 1 kg, power on and press the Auto button; the machine heats to the set temperature and switches to hold mode automatically. Stir during heating to avoid local overheating or scorching, and never stir solidified agar before it has melted. Suited to dental labs doing agar-based model duplication.
