Why this unit
The LZJH-I is a purpose-built unit for heat-polymerizing dental resin materials such as acrylic denture bases. Flasks are cured in a heated water bath inside the stainless steel chamber, which keeps the curing temperature even and stable.
The front panel carries a power switch, a heating indicator and a digital temperature controller covering 0-399°C with automatic constant-temperature regulation; the set temperature is adjustable and ships preset to about 100°C. The inner chamber measures 400×250×310 mm, and a drain valve on the side empties the water tank. The tank must be filled with water before power-on; dry heating will damage the unit.
Because of thermal inertia, the manual recommends setting about 80% of the target temperature for the first cycles to avoid overshoot. Designed for dental laboratories processing heat-cure acrylic dentures, in a 5-40°C environment with humidity below 80%.
