Why this unit
The LZQJ-III is an intelligent agar mixer for dental laboratories, built for melting agar duplicating material and holding it at a constant working temperature. Its 11 L tank suits labs with higher duplication volume.
Operation is fully automatic from the touchscreen: press Start and the machine runs the whole cycle - heating, intermittent stirring, fan cooling down to the holding temperature, then an audible signal and constant-temperature holding. Stirring, heating and holding temperatures plus stirring on/off intervals are all adjustable (factory: stir start 25°C, heating 90°C, holding 50°C, stir 4 min on / 1 min off). A scheduled-start timer can begin the cycle before working hours, and after a power cut the Continue key resumes the cycle from the interruption point.
The intermittent stirring protects the motor, and the tank design minimizes residue when dispensing. Load agar in pieces under 2 cm. Because of the scheduled auto-start, switch the main power off when the machine will not be used the next day to avoid dry heating. Suited to dental, prosthetic, crown and bridge, and removable denture laboratories doing agar model duplication.
