Why this unit

The LZZKJ-3 is a benchtop vacuum mixer for dental technicians, used to mix and vibrate investment materials (phosphate and similar) and model materials such as agar and gypsum. Because mixing happens under vacuum, the mix comes out completely bubble-free, improving the flow of the material and the density of the mold.

The unit uses an oil-free vacuum pump that needs no routine maintenance. The front panel carries a vacuum gauge, a mixing timer, an amplitude knob for stepless vibration adjustment, and separate buttons for mixing, vacuum and power. Pre-mix the material to a paste in the 500 ml mixing cup, dock the cup onto the drive socket, tighten the vent needle valve, then press the vacuum and mixing switches; mixing time is set as needed. The black lower platform vibrates the cup when required.

Keep the fill below two-thirds of the cup so material is not sucked into the air line, and never run the vacuum pump unloaded. Suited to dental laboratories for casting investments, duplicating materials and gypsum model work.
