Why this unit

The LZZKJ-V is a negative-pressure vacuum mixer for dental technicians, used for mixing investment materials (phosphate and similar) and model materials such as agar and gypsum. Mixing under vacuum removes bubbles completely, improving material flow and mold density.

Unlike pump-driven mixers, this model generates vacuum from an external air compressor (air supply of at least 0.6 MPa required) connected with the supplied air hose. The front panel carries a vacuum gauge, a power switch and a control knob. Pre-mix the material to a paste in the 500 ml mixing cup, dock the cup onto the socket, then press the side vacuum switch and the front mixing switch; the tray swings under the cup and mixing time is set as needed.

Keep the fill below half of the cup volume so material is not drawn into the air line. Being a benchtop unit with no internal vacuum pump, it is compact and light at 16 kg. Suited to dental laboratories for casting investments, duplicating materials and gypsum model work.
