Why this unit
The LZZD-180 is a benchtop square vibrator used by dental technicians when pouring gypsum plaster and phosphate investment materials. Vibration works trapped air out of the mix, which improves the fill of the impression and the density of the finished model.
Amplitude is adjusted steplessly with the front dial: turn clockwise and the platform vibration increases from gentle to strong. The mold or impression is placed on the rubber-topped square platform and held with both hands while pouring, then the dial is turned back to stop. Suction-cup feet keep the unit planted on the bench, and the rear panel carries the power inlet and fuse holder.
The documentation sets two practical limits: the machine should not run continuously for more than 20 minutes, and the platform load should not exceed 2.5 kg. The unit must be kept dry and stored between -20 and 40 degrees C.
