Why this unit
The LZ-SGJ is an electric benchtop saw used in prosthetic and orthodontic laboratories to section gypsum working models and separate individual dies, replacing manual handsaws. It is built around a 0.28 mm thin blade, which keeps the kerf narrow enough that sectioned dies still seat accurately back on the master model.
The model sits on a universal (multi-angle) worktable that locks in position once the cut line is aligned with the machine's positioning light. The operator then lowers the cutting handle at an even pace to make the cut. Front-panel controls cover table lock, positioning light and main power.
Because the blade is thin and precision-ground, the documentation stresses one handling rule above all: never strike or bend the blade, since a widened kerf makes the separated model unusable. The unit is intended for routine die sectioning in crown and bridge, orthodontic and general restorative model work.
