Why this unit
The LZSG-V is a benchtop model trimmer used in dental restoration laboratories to grind, trim and shape gypsum models. It runs a 250 mm full sand disc at 2800 rpm on a 750W motor, with an all-aluminum housing and a perforated stainless work table in front of the disc.
The machine works wet or dry. For wet trimming, an inlet hose connects to a water tap and a drain hose carries slurry out through the port at the base; for dry grinding, a vacuum cleaner is connected instead. The work table angle adjusts smoothly, allowing model bases to be ground at angles between 75 and 105 degrees.
Routine care is simple but important: plaster residue inside the cabinet has to be flushed out regularly so drainage stays clear, and the drain hose must lie flat so water cannot pool in the machine and splash during grinding.
