Why this unit

The LZ120-S1 is a self-contained workstation for one dental technician. The cold-rolled steel body (approx. 1.2 mm sheet) carries a high-density fire-resistant laminated worktop that tolerates cleaning, disinfection and acid or alkali exposure, with rounded edges and a static frame load rating above 200 kg. A movable stainless steel plate covers the main working area.

Everything the technician reaches for is built in: a daylight-type work lamp with magnifier on an articulated arm, a dust suction port with adjustable suction controlled from a switch on the left side of the station, an auto-return air gun fed by an 8 mm air line at 0.4-0.6 MPa, removable armrests, and a multi-standard socket set (one 2-pin and one 3-pin outlet). Storage comes from four storage drawers plus one tool drawer, all on damping slides.

The 1.2 m footprint suits compact dental laboratories, in-clinic lab corners and training rooms. Typical work at the bench includes crown and bridge fabrication, denture production, polishing, grinding and other finishing procedures where dust capture and magnified lighting matter.
