Why this unit
This plastic sedimentation tank is the compact counterpart to the stainless model, built for the plaster bench or a single workstation. Plaster-laden rinse water enters through the corrugated hose on the lid and passes through internal divided compartments, where gypsum solids settle before the water leaves through the side outlet.
The transparent, sealable lid is held down by latches all around the rim, so the fill level and sediment build-up can be checked at a glance without opening the unit. Inside, a baffle layout with a grated filter plate and a round filter element separates the settling zones; the lid carries the inlet elbow and hose connection, and the body has a side outlet fitting for the drain line.
At roughly 38 x 28 x 23 cm it fits under a small sink or next to the plaster cleaning tray in a dental laboratory. The smooth plastic body and lift-off lid make periodic clean-out of the settled gypsum straightforward.
