Why this unit
A single-pen blasting cabinet for divesting castings and roughening bonding surfaces. One pen, one abrasive, no cross-mixing — which is the point. Labs that run a single grit through a dedicated cabinet get consistent surface texture; labs that share a multi-pen cabinet across grits usually do not.
The cabinet takes a standard shop-air supply and vents through a filter port at the rear for connection to a dust extractor. Gauntlets are replaceable from outside the cabinet. The window is impact-grade and sits high enough that a technician can work seated without stooping.
Interior lighting is fitted as standard, which matters more than it sounds: judging when a surface is uniformly matte is a visual call, and it cannot be made in a dim box.
