Why this unit
The LZBP-VI is a twin-pen sandblasting cabinet used in dental prosthetics work. Its main job is removing fine surface oxides from cast restorations; it can also be used for glass-bead surface treatment of plastic denture bases.
The sealed working chamber is fitted with gauntlet gloves and an observation window with internal lighting, and two independent sand jars feed two blasting pens. The operator places the casting through the window, keeps the nozzle within about 10 mm of the workpiece, and controls the blast with a foot pedal, so both hands stay free to manipulate the part.
It runs on an external air supply (about 4 kg/cm² pressure, 80 L/min delivery) with quartz sand of 120 mesh or finer. Used abrasive is emptied through a port in the machine base, and the pen nozzles are wear parts that should be replaced when worn.
