Why this unit
The LZBP-V is a drawer-type twin-pen sandblaster for dental prosthetic laboratories. It is used mainly to remove fine surface oxides from cast restorations, and it can also apply glass-bead surface treatment to plastic denture bases.
The sealed chamber has a large viewing window, two glove ports, internal lighting, and a pull-out drawer beneath the working area for tools and accessories. Two lidded sand jars sit on top, and blasting is controlled with a foot pedal after the regulator is pulled up and set; the machine only operates once pressure exceeds 0.4 MPa.
Sand is filled to about half the jar height for best results, and used abrasive is drained by removing a screw on the underside of the machine. Used sand must not be reused, as it can block the air circuit.
