Why this unit
The LZBP-VIII is a multifunction mobile technician workstation for dental clinics and labs. It is used for orthodontic bracket adhesive removal, surface treatment of crown interiors, and contour trimming and grinding, and it is sized to match chairside digital dentistry setups.
The cabinet integrates four functions in one unit: a pen sandblaster, a grinding handpiece (0-35,000 rpm), a dust collector with adjustable suction and a large waste bin, and a built-in air compressor, so it runs straight from a power outlet with no external air supply. A built-in drying bottle removes moisture from the compressed air to reduce sandblasting faults, and the large sand cup needs refilling less often.
The grinding unit uses a universal handpiece compatible with most chairside lab handpieces. Blasting is started with a knee-operated switch and the pressure is adjustable; casters make the whole station easy to move between operatories.
