Why this unit
The LZPG-II is a single-top bench polishing machine for dental laboratories, used for grinding and polishing dentures, plastic workpieces, and various metals. The left station carries an abrasive grinding wheel that cuts aggressively and handles many metals, while the right side is a tapered threaded spindle for cloth buffing wheels.
An adjustable organic-glass shield mounts on the wheel guard to deflect dust, and the dust cover behind the right spindle has a port for connecting an external vacuum or dust collector. The base has fixing holes so the machine can be bolted down for stable, vibration-free running at its 3,000 rpm synchronous speed.
The machine is supplied with the dust cover, cloth buffing wheel, deflector plate and clip, and spindle screw. The manual specifies use below 1,000 m altitude, at -15 to 40 °C ambient, and up to 95% relative humidity, with insulation resistance above 1 MΩ.
