Why this unit
The LZPG-III is a double-spindle polishing lathe for dental laboratories. It polishes a wide range of materials, including nickel-chrome and cobalt-chrome alloys, stainless steel, plastic dentures, braces, and porcelain teeth.
The motor drives two spindle ends, each enclosed by a large hinged protective hood that shields the operator during polishing; the hoods flip open for wheel changes. A tapered threaded spindle on one side takes polishing points, while the other side carries a cloth buffing wheel, and the housing is made from an impact-resistant hard material.
The base provides storage trays for the power cord and spare buffing wheels, and the unit includes a port for connecting an external vacuum or dust extraction system to keep the workspace clean. Safety guidance in the manual requires proper grounding, safety goggles, and keeping the covers in place during operation.
