Why this unit
The LZQP-A Powerful Sandblaster is a companion unit for dental casting work, used to strip surface oxide scale and residual investment material from cast pieces. Its redesigned nozzle assembly and dedicated nozzle improve blasting effect while reducing air consumption, and the enclosed cabinet keeps the process dust-free.
Abrasive is recycled automatically: washed and dried silicon carbide grit (60-80#) is poured into the sand sump to cover the suction tube, and the sand stream recirculates during use. The operator aims the workpiece at the nozzle inside the glove-fitted chamber and controls blasting with a foot valve.
The unit needs an external air compressor delivering at least 7 kg of pressure and 0.15 m³/min of air. It ships with an air supply hose, a foot valve, a carbide nozzle, and 1 kg of 46# (or 60#) silicon carbide abrasive.
