LZQX-I High-Pressure Steam Cleaner: 22L Dental Lab Steamer

The LZQX-I is a high-pressure steam cleaner built for dental laboratory cleaning. Its 3000W heating system produces steam at up to 0.4 MPa with a 4 kg/h evaporation rate, quickly stripping oil, grease, and stubborn dirt from dental models and workpieces.

The 22L boiler is made from Q235-B quality steel plate, medium-frequency annealed and verified by pressure testing and X-ray flaw detection. An automatic pressure controller stops heating at 0.4 MPa and restarts at 0.35 MPa to hold a steady working pressure, while a safety valve plus safety plug provide dual over-pressure protection. A low-water alarm cuts off heating and reminds the operator to refill.

Steam is delivered through a hose with a foot-pedal switch for hands-free control during cleaning. The cabinet sits on casters for easy movement. Soft water and regular blowdown every 7-10 days are recommended to prevent scale buildup on the heating elements. It suits dental labs that need continuous, high-volume steam cleaning of models, frameworks, and instruments.
