Why this unit
The LZQX-II is a fully automatic steam cleaner for dental laboratories. It generates high-temperature steam at up to 0.4 MPa to quickly strip stubborn oil stains and dirt from dental models and workpieces that are difficult to clean by hand.
The machine runs from its own 10L water bucket, so it needs no connection to a tap-water line and can be placed anywhere in the lab. Automatic water refilling keeps it running without stopping production, and the 3000W heater brings the unit up to working pressure in about 10 minutes. The 5L inner tank and all fittings are made of 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and long service life.
Safety is handled by a safety valve, automatic pressure control, and low-water protection. Once switched on, the unit enters fully automatic operation, and the quick-release outer shell makes routine maintenance fast. It is suited to daily cleaning of dental models, dentures frameworks, and other lab workpieces.
