LZXC-I Benchtop Dust Collector: Portable Dental Lab Vacuum

The LZXC-I is a benchtop dust collector designed for dental laboratories. It connects to the dust port of a grinding or polishing machine with the supplied flexible hose and pulls away the fine dust generated while technicians grind, sand, or carve workpieces, keeping the workbench and the surrounding air cleaner.

The unit uses an imported carbon-brush motor with stepless speed adjustment from 0 to 25,000 rpm, so suction can be dialed in with the front-panel knob to match the task. Its separated motor-and-dust-chamber structure keeps dust away from the motor, which increases usable motor power, lowers the failure rate, and reduces maintenance cost. Operation is simple: connect the hose, plug in, flip the rocker switch, and adjust the dial.

For upkeep, the top cover lifts off after releasing the side latches so the interior and dust bag can be emptied regularly. The manufacturer recommends limiting continuous runs to about 3 hours with rest breaks to avoid motor overheating, and replacing the carbon brushes roughly every 2,000 operating hours. It suits dental technician benches doing routine grinding and polishing of models, dentures, and castings.
