Why this unit
The LZSG-VI is a wet model trimmer used in dental restoration laboratories for grinding, trimming and shaping gypsum models. This variant is fitted with a diamond disc behind a chrome-edged guard, with a perforated stainless work table in front of it.
The unit is the upgraded water-power synchronized version: once the water tap is open, water flows automatically while the machine runs, keeping dust down and washing plaster residue off the disc. The work table angle adjusts smoothly, so model bases can be ground at angles between 75 and 105 degrees.
Two operating limits matter for this machine: it must never be run dry, because plaster powder will glaze the disc, and the supply water pressure must stay at or below the stated limit. Plaster debris inside the cabinet should be flushed out regularly so drainage stays clear.
