Why this unit
The LZYY-I is the integrated (one-piece) version of the injection system for making flexible removable partial dentures. It combines a press frame with an automatic temperature controller that heats the resin cartridge, holds temperature and sounds a reminder when the cycle finishes.
In this integrated layout the heating furnace hangs on the press columns directly above the flask. The cartridge of flexible resin sits inside the furnace on a retaining rod; the controller heats it (factory preset 287 °C) and counts down the holding time (factory preset 660 s), then beeps.
At the beep the operator pulls the retaining rod, drops in the pusher block, and winds the three forcing screws to drive the molten resin into the flask. The screw press gives full manual control of the injection, and the cartridge liner should be stripped while still warm.
