Why this unit
The LZYY-II is the split version of the flexible denture injection system: the heating furnace sits on top of the temperature-control box as a separate benchtop unit, while the press frame is bolted down independently. It injects flexible resin into flasks for removable partial dentures.
The resin cartridge is loaded into the heating cartridge inside the furnace. The controller shows actual temperature and holding time, with factory presets of 287 °C and 660 s, and beeps when the resin is fully melted.
At the beep the operator moves the heated cartridge onto the flask seated in the press frame, inserts the pusher block, and winds the three forcing screws to complete the injection. Because the heater needs no wiring to the press, the split layout is the simplest of the three versions to install: connect the power cord and it is ready.
