Why this unit
The LZYY-III is the pneumatic version of the flexible denture injection system. A shop air compressor drives the injection cylinder, so the molten resin is pressed into the flask by pushing a lever rather than winding forcing screws by hand. Working pressure is set between 0.35 and 0.4 MPa on the panel regulator, with an analog gauge for reference.
The press works together with an automatic temperature control unit. The heater brings the flexible resin cartridge to 282–288 °C so the material melts in about seven and a half to eleven minutes, then sounds a beep when the heating cycle is done.
At the beep the operator pulls the retaining rod, inserts the pusher block and pushes the pressure lever down to complete the injection. As with the other versions, the cartridge liner should be stripped promptly while it is still warm.
