Why this unit
The LZZP-1 is a medium-frequency induction casting machine for prosthetic and orthodontic laboratory work. It melts precious and base alloys such as cobalt-chromium and nickel-chromium and casts them centrifugally, covering removable partial denture frameworks, cast crown and bridge bases, metal-ceramic substructures and clasps.
An all-transistor medium-frequency circuit drives the work coil, with a voltage selector and front-panel current and voltage meters for matching power to the alloy type and weight. The crucible sits inside the work coil on a balanced centrifugal arm; once the melt is complete, pressing the cast button spins the arm for three to five seconds to drive the metal into the mold. No preheating is needed, and the interval between melting and casting is about two minutes.
The caster-mounted cabinet is air-cooled and runs from a single-phase 220 V supply. An observation window plus over-temperature and over-current protection support routine day-to-day casting in the dental lab.
